Terms of Service — Tibzi

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tibzi ("Service"), operated by Tibzi ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tibzi is a website and server uptime monitoring platform that provides HTTP, HTTPS, PING, TCP, DNS, and heartbeat monitoring, status pages, alerting, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Limited features, no credit card required.
Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise): Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied, at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to monitor resources you do not own or have permission to monitor.
Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or attack third-party services through excessive monitoring.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
Resell access to the Service without our written permission.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, network outages, or force majeure events.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your monitoring configurations, status pages, or other user content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tibzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
